A. e-pay Administration Services uses several methods to ensure that your information is secure:

  • e-pay Administration Services email and Password: Your e-pay Administration Services email and password are unique identifiers that only you know. As long as you do not share this information with anyone, no one can sign in to e-pay Administration Services as you.
  • SSL: e-pay Administration Services uses SSL (secure sockets layer), which ensures that your connection and information are secure from outside inspection.
  • Encryption: e-pay Administration Services uses 128-bit encryption to make your information unreadable as it passes over the internet.
  • Automatic Sign Out: In addition, e-pay Administration Services automatically signs you out of a session if you are inactive for a predefined number of minutes (usually 20 minutes). It is best if you sign out immediately after you are finished.

Q. How do I know my information is secure?

A. While you are making payments our 128-bit encryption turns your information into a code that makes it nearly impossible for your information to be accessed by unwanted parties. Your personal user ID and password prevent unauthorized access to the system providing you a very high level of confidence that your information is safe and protected.

Q. Will I receive any email notifications?

A. You will immediately receive an email notification after you have completed your online payment. Your email notification will include a confirmation number, the amount paid and the date and time of your payment.

Q. What information do I need to enroll and use the system?

A. All you need to start taking advantage of the convenience E-pay Administration Services offers is your 13 digit contract number. On the left side of every page is the "New User Registry" section. Enter your contract number which you will find on your invoice. Click the "Submit" button and you will now be able to set-up your new E-pay Administration Services account sign on and password.

Q. How do I create an e-pay email address and password?

A. On the left side of every page is the "New User Registry" section. Enter your contract number which you will find on your invoice. Click the "Submit" button and you will now be able to set-up your new e-pay Administration Services account email address and password. Passwords can be up to 16 characters, with mixtures of Alpha Numeric (no spaces). A minimum of 6 characters are required for passwords.

Q. When are funds deducted from my checking/savings account?

A. Your funds will be deducted from your account within 24 hours. The transaction will be listed in the description section of your statement as "e-pay Admin Services".

Q. What happens if I set up a payment and do not have sufficient funds in my checking or savings account?

A. We present your payment to your bank twice. If after the second attempt we are unable to process your payment, the electronic payment will be reversed from your account. You will be assessed a returned item fee of $35.00 in addition to any other charges you may incur from your bank.

A. No, you have the flexibility to make online payments at anytime, depending on which is the most convenient.
